Why come to our Open House 2024?
First of all, you will be able to see live demonstrations of our packaging machines. We will also take you on a tour around our facility to see up-close how we design, manufacture and test our machines.
What machines will you see at this Open House?
The star of this event will be the picking line for pralines. This is a modular automatic packaging system consisting of 8 high-speed Delta pick-and-place robots that take the chocolates from the infeed conveyor and place them in trays.
Thanks to a state-of-the-art vision system, the products are recognized with a high degree of precision and accuracy. The line is capable of picking products of different sizes and shapes at speeds of up to 450 ppm, depending on the product characteristics.
Besides the praline packaging application, we will also showcase other solutions, such as:
- Packaging line for frozen bread: A complete line consisting of a robotic cell and a flowpack machine specifically designed for picking and packaging frozen ciabatta.
- Case packing line for wet wipes: A complete line consisting of a case erecting machine, a robotic packing unit and a case closing machine for case packing of wet wipes, offering the ability to work with over 15 formats in a vertical or horizontal arrangement with speeds up to 150 packs per minute.
