From July 10th to July 14th, we will be holding an Open House Event at ATP’s headquarters in Barberà del Vallès, Barcelona. During this week we will be showcasing a customized solution designed to improve the efficiency of the packaging of premium pralines. In addition, attendees will be able to see sustainable packaging solutions for the replacement of plastic trays with cardboard.
Fully automated system for high-speed packaging of pralines.
This modular system consists of 5 pick-and-place high-speed Delta robots that take the products from the infeed conveyor and fill the corresponding blisters/trays. Thanks to the state-of-the-art vision system, products are recognized with a high degree of precision and accuracy. To ensure optimal quality, there is an independent quality control system that is synchronized with the robotic line, allowing a thorough product inspection to detect good and bad pralines before the products are picked and placed by ATP’s robots.
The line is capable of handling products of different shapes and textures at speeds of up to 320 pralines per minute, depending on the product characteristics.
