ATP Packaging has been awarded the HappyIndex®AtWork for providing an excellent people-centered work environment.
HappyIndex®AtWork is an initiative of Choose My Company, a European benchmark B CORP company for improving employee well-being, which anonymously evaluates the experience of employees in 6 different areas: career development, stimulating environment, leadership and motivation, salary and recognition, pride and fun. It was founded in 2011 with the aim of improving people’s lives at work through a methodology based on the certified opinions of employees.
According to Choose My Company’s report, ATP Packaging received a score of 4.36 out of 5 based on career development, work environment, leadership, recognition, raison d’être and sustainable development indicators. The average rating for the industrial sector is 3.91.
The survey shows positive results, with more than 85% of the team recommending ATP Packaging, far exceeding the 60% minimum required to obtain the certification.
The HappyIndex®AtWork certification reflects the efforts and commitment of the management since the launch of the Healthy Company project in 2019.
