From September 30th to October 2nd<\/strong>, ATP Packaging will host a new Open House event at our facilities in Barber\u00e0 del Vall\u00e8s, Barcelona. During these days, you’ll have the chance to see our most advanced technologies up close and discover how they are transforming packaging processes in the food industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Attendees will have the opportunity to see some of our most innovative robotic lines in action, specifically designed to increase efficiency, precision, and flexibility in the packaging of various food products, such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Ice Cream Picking Line:<\/strong> Consisting of 6 Delta robots guided by artificial vision, this advanced technology performs pick & place tasks with incredible precision. These robots are programmed to pick up ice creams and place them on trays, demonstrating how automation can optimize processes that were previously manual and labor intensive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Case Packing Line for Candy Bags:<\/strong> This line features a Lantech case erector for American boxes, combined with a top-load case packer that includes a Delta robot and an artificial vision system. The setup allows for the efficient and rapid packaging of gummy candy bags, demonstrating our technology\u2019s ability to handle products of varying formats and sizes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Complete Case Packing Line for Wet Wipes:<\/strong> In addition to the lines dedicated to food, we will also showcase a complete line for packing wet wipes. This solution includes a case erector, a robotic case packing cell, and a case closer, demonstrating the versatility of our automation solutions for different types of products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
